We shall help your team understand what is meditation and how it can support them in living and working better, no matter what their background or position is.
When we come to your office or guide an online session, expect a professional trainer with best intentions, who knows how to explain meditation in an easy digestable way.

How to organize?
  • All our offers are available online through the platform of your choice (Zoom, GoogleMeet).
  • Meditation can be taught by international trainers or monks
  • We use individual approach to every session and develop it based on your needs and unique request.

Who will teach?
  • Katia Kulyk
    certified to teach meditation by WPI Foundation since 2015.
    She has lived in Thailand for 2,5 years
    and studied meditation with buddhist monks.
    She has taught in Thailand, China, Moldova, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Serbia, Germany, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan.
    Katia practices yoga and has been trained in Mysore and Rishikesh (India).
    She is certified in neurolinguistic programming (NLP), laughter yoga and Thai massage.
    Katia knows a million paths towards joy and will be happy to inspire you to find your own.
  • International meditation trainers
    We have certified meditation trainers all over the world. They speak local languages and understand how to adjust meditation practice to the culture of the country and the community. We have been certifying trainers since 2012 and they have taught thousands of people to meditate.
